The two illicit fentanyl and carfentanil are incredibly perilous opioids which will result in a quick overdose and Loss of life when abused, but carfentanil is more potent than fentanyl. A number of doses with the anti-overdose drug naloxone (Narcan) is probably not effective to reverse an overdose.
